Our Story

We are a family homestead in southeast Alabama. We take pride in breeding healthy, intelligent, and well-tempered CMDR registered Colorado Mountain Dogs that excel as both family companions and livestock guardians.

Why the Colorado Mountain Dog

We chose the Colorado Mountain Dog because it embodies everything we value in a livestock guardian: gentleness, intelligence, adaptability, and a deep devotion to its people. This breed was developed to be trustworthy with families, safe with visitors, and reliable in the field — a rare combination that fits our homestead perfectly.
Their temperament is balanced. Their aptitude is natural. Their family‑friendliness is unmatched. They are guardians who don’t just protect your home — they become part of it.
